How do I receive my product?
ToolFlowCo products are sold as digital downloads through Etsy. After purchase, Etsy provides access to the download according to its digital product process.
Are these physical products?
No. ToolFlowCo products are digital files. No physical item is posted.
Where can I buy the products?
Products are currently sold through Etsy. Each product page includes information about the tool and links to the relevant Etsy listing or store.
What software do I need?
This depends on the product. Some tools require Microsoft Excel, some require Microsoft Access, some are designed for Microsoft Outlook workflows and some are built for Google Sheets.
Do the Excel tools work in Excel Online?
Macro-enabled Excel tools are not designed for Excel Online, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or mobile spreadsheet apps unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
Do I need Microsoft Access?
You only need Microsoft Access for Access database products. Access products require Microsoft Access for desktop.
Do the tools work on Mac?
Some products may not be suitable for Mac users, especially tools built with Microsoft Access, desktop Outlook workflows or Windows-based automation. Check the product requirements carefully or contact ToolFlowCo before buying.
Can I request a custom version?
Yes. ToolFlowCo may be able to help with custom Microsoft Access databases, Excel tools, Google Sheets templates, workflow improvements and small automation projects.
