About ToolFlowCo

ToolFlowCo creates practical digital business tools, including Microsoft Excel tools, Microsoft Access databases, Outlook automation tools and Google Sheets templates. Products are currently sold through Etsy unless stated otherwise. Etsy’s checkout, order, payment, download and buyer systems may also apply.

Products

ToolFlowCo products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Products may include Excel workbooks, macro-enabled Excel files, Access database files, Outlook automation tools, Google Sheets templates, PDF guides, ZIP files, documentation, sample data or setup instructions.

Software requirements

Customers are responsible for checking software requirements before purchasing. Some Excel products require desktop Microsoft Excel with macros enabled. Access database products require Microsoft Access for desktop. Outlook automation products may require desktop Microsoft Outlook and desktop Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets products require a Google account.

Digital delivery

Products are supplied as digital downloads through Etsy unless stated otherwise. After purchase, customers should follow Etsy’s download instructions and any instructions included with the product.

Instant access and cancellation

Digital products may be available shortly after purchase. Where a digital product is supplied for instant download, customers may be asked to agree to immediate access and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Support

ToolFlowCo aims to provide clear descriptions, requirements and instructions. Support may include reasonable help understanding required software, downloading or opening a product file, following setup instructions, clarifying intended use or checking whether an issue is caused by unsupported software.

Support limitations

Support does not include custom development, extensive modification, training, business consulting, software installation, accountancy advice, legal advice, tax advice or fixing issues caused by unsupported software.

Product limitations

ToolFlowCo products are ready-made templates and tools designed to support small business admin. They are not fully custom-built systems unless a custom project is agreed separately, and they are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, compliance or business advice.

Customisation

Unless a listing specifically includes customisation, ToolFlowCo products are supplied as shown and described. Custom changes, custom setup, additional features, data migration or bespoke development are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

Prices

Prices are shown on product pages and Etsy listings. Prices may change from time to time. The Etsy listing price should be checked before purchasing.

Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a ToolFlowCo product, you receive a licence to use the digital product for your own personal or business use. You must not resell, redistribute, upload, share, give away, copy for others, publish or claim ToolFlowCo products as your own.

No guarantee of specific results

ToolFlowCo products are designed to help organise and simplify admin tasks, but results depend on how the product is used and maintained. ToolFlowCo does not guarantee specific business, financial, operational, accounting, tax or legal outcomes.
