Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

ToolFlowCo sells digital products such as Microsoft Excel tools, Microsoft Access databases, Outlook automation tools and Google Sheets templates. Products are currently sold through Etsy unless stated otherwise. No physical item is shipped.

Before purchasing

Please read the full product description before buying, including what is included, what software is required, whether desktop Excel, Access, Outlook or Google Sheets is needed, whether macros or VBA are required, whether the product works online or desktop only, whether it is suitable for Windows or Mac, and any stated limitations.

Instant access and cancellation

Some digital products may be available for instant download shortly after purchase. Where a digital product is made available immediately, you may be asked to agree to instant access and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds

Refunds may not be available once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed or supplied, unless required by law or where there is a genuine issue with the file that cannot be resolved.

When a refund may be considered

ToolFlowCo may consider refunds where the wrong file was supplied, the file is corrupted and a working replacement cannot be provided, the product materially differs from the listing description, or there is another issue that legally requires a refund.

When refunds are usually not provided

Refunds are usually not provided where the customer purchased without checking software requirements, expected the product to work in unsupported software, changed their mind after downloading, no longer needs the product, lacks the required software or wants custom features not included in the listing.

Support before refund

If there is a problem, contact ToolFlowCo with your Etsy order number, product name, a clear description of the issue, the software you are using, whether you use Windows, Mac, browser-only Office or mobile apps, and screenshots if helpful.

Etsy purchases

If you purchased through Etsy, refund requests may need to be handled through Etsy’s order and messaging system. Etsy’s own policies and buyer protection systems may also apply.
